Cooperation Model
Wholesale Model

Minigood will sell the products at wholesale price for those who do not set up Minigood franchise store and only procure Minigood products by batch for wholesale, retail sale and other business activities.

Target Customer
  1. Customer, who is not familiar with but would like to try engaging in the industry of quality products or the brand and products of Minigood, can cooperate preliminarily in the way of wholesale at early stage and then try to upgrade to franchise model in the future.
  2. Customer, who owns his/her store, or channels of wholesale or sale, and would like to increase the amount of product SKU so as to improve per customer transaction.
Ordering Process
  1. Ordering:To order from Minigood ordering system (en.minigood.com) according to minimum order quantity and wholesale price of each SKU.
  2. Order Picking:Staff from Minigood headquarter will arrange for products picking and package (spending 3 – 4 days) upon receiving 30% of the payment for goods as security deposit of the wholesale order.
  3. Shipment:Upon products packing, Minigood will send CI/ PI related information to customer. Upon the reception of balance payment by customer, Minigood will arrange for logistics and sail schedule for shipment. Either custom declaration by customer himself/ herself or by Minigood headquarter is welcomed.
Franchise Model

For customer who intends to set up Minigood Franchise store in respective country or region, Headquarter of Minigood will design the store image and the newly updated store image, authorize the usage of brand model as a whole so that customer can command batch order from “Minigood Ordering System” and then distribute the products for sale in franchise store.

Target Customer
  1. Customer who is experienced for retail sale and can explore business premise to set up a franchise store.
  2. Customer who owns enough capital or resources and certifies the industry of quality products promising upon investigation in respective region.
Requirements for Minigood Franchise Store
  1. Area standard:Standard stores should cover an area of 120-300㎡ (can adjust appropriately according to specific conditions)
  2. Location:Standard stores should be located at streets, in malls or somewhere else.
  3. Requirements of mall stores:Stores should be located in large malls or regular shopping centers, together with other similar stores. The site of minigood stores need to be somewhere easily to be seen and go into to consume. And malls are supposed to be full of shoppers that are at young age with great capacity of consumption.
  4. Requirements of street stores:Stores should be located at commercial or pedestrian streets where huge amounts of people will go; or somewhere near mega communities, university towns and alike, because people there generally are young; or somewhere have similar type of stores. minigood stores need to be neat in shape and broad in space, making it easier for shoppers to shop.
  5. Design and decoration:All stores will be designed by Minigood headquarter in one format, but a general agent can arrange his own decoration. And Minigood headquarter will check it.
  6. Fittings:shelves, floors, lights, posters,logos and etc.
  7. Distribution Amount:stores cover an area of 150㎡ need goods worth $60,000-$80,000.
  8. Safe Stock:if stores covering an area of 150㎡has an average daily sales revenue of $7000, and the logistics cycle lasts for 15~30 days, then we need stock of goods worth $150,000.
  9. The Proportion of Stores' stock:10% (can change according to specific circumstances)
  10. Staffs:one person per 10㎡ (can change according to specific circumstances)
Franchise Flow
  1. Examination on Designated Region and potential Franchise Store:Franchisee have a discussion with Minigood headquarter upon the investigation result of designated region (Information related to population, income, import and export etc.) and information about the store (Live pictures, surrounding environment and geological plan).
  2. Signature of Franchise Contract:A franchise contract will be signed upon the mutual recognition of the franchising project and franchise provisions after negotiation between the franchisee and Minigood headquarter representative.
  3. Design of Franchise Store and Production of Shelf:Staffs from Minigood headquarter will design store drawing basing on the geologic plan and live pictures of the store and arrange for shelf production upon mutual confirmation.
  4. Ordering:Franchisee to order from Minigood ordering system (en.minigood.com) according to minimum order quantity and wholesale price of each SKU.

To perform strategic cooperation with headquarter of Minigood by being exclusive agent in respective country or region. An exclusive agent will be fully authorized the right to use Minigood brand and of franchise store expansion in respective region with the privilege to employ franchisee and obtain brand profit.

Target Customer
  1. Customer who sets up three or more Minigood franchise stores in respective country or region, as well as willing to and capable of expanding Minigood brand to a local well-known band of quality products in the future in respective region.
  2. Upon the examination and inspection by Minigood headquarter, customer who owns abundant capital and business premises in respective country or region, as well as willing to deliver certain amount of security deposit will be the exclusive agent in designated region.
Agency Flow
  1. Agency Examination:Potential agent has a discussion with Minigood headquarter upon the investigation result of designated (Information relating to population, income, import and export etc.) and information about the store (Live pictures, surrounding environment and geological plan).
